Kate Foley, M.A.

Ph.D. Student, Safran Lab Co-Manager

Kate is interested in studying therapist contributions to in-session process and rupture resolution in order to better understand the factors that underlie global and modality-specific therapist competence. Kate is a trained SASB coder, and leads the new MA training program for first year psychology students. She also leads the Facilitative Interpersonal Skills coding group, and just completed a study investigating the impact of Alliance Focused Training on therapist FIS and emotional awareness.
